Meet Pepper!

Head of Security

Pepper may look like a small, fluffy bird, but don’t let the feathers fool you—she takes her job as Security very seriously. She WILL BITE. Keep your fingers to yourself.

Pepper is a Chestnut Fronted Macaw, aka Severe Macaw. Pepper is one of the largest Mini Macaws from South America. She was rescued when she was only 6 months old. She is now 13 years old. Her life span is 30-80 years.

Perched high, with a perfect view of every customer, Pepper keeps a watchful eye on everything that happens. Nothing escapes her sharp little gaze…

Cautious, alert, and always on duty—Pepper proves that great security sometimes comes in very small, very feathery packages.
